Take advantage of the lowest interest rates IN YEARS!

The online mortgage market has been growing exponentially over the past years, and now is a great time to take advantage of the competition to secure the best rate and terms to get the home you want or to refinance to save your hard-earned money. The following lenders have established an online presence, and they may be able to obtain better rates with smaller closing costs and fewer points than a more traditional lender can. Online often means lower overhead and less restriction in terms of geographical location. Buying a home in Florida does not mean that it has to be difficult to get a great mortgage, second mortgage, or home improvement loan from New York or California. Take the time to examine the lenders listed below that offer free quotes, and get started on a great financing package for your home.

Mortgage Express Loans Get matched with the lender best suited to you and your mortgage needs.

One thing that your lender MAY NOT know: FHA can and will approve a mortgage for someone who has filed bankruptcy, even if the bankruptcy is less than two years old. The catch? You MUST have proof of extenuating and unusual circumstances for the bankruptcy. For instance, if you incurred a large amount of debt due to an illness, an accident, a natural disaster, or some other event beyond your control, then FHA will still consider you for a mortgage. While these exceptions are rather rare, there are families all across the United States living in these exceptions every day.
